Oh.. such an amazing session!!! I just finished it, and am feeling so good. The squeezing along with shavaasan was super-relaxing.
I need to try this because iam a teacher and I need to shout at children so much because they are small srkg children they are and because of that I got throat pain and in rainy season i have this problem every year and my class kids are very naughty and they don't listen to me and because of that I need to shout more loudly and because of that I got cough and tonsils and nose is fully jamed I tried few exercises but it did not work but I'll be doing this exercise and getting relief from my cough tonsil throat and nose blockage so I'll try this exercise and get rid of it because I get irritated by cold cough and tonsils throat so I need to get rid of it . Thank you for sharing such a beautiful and mind relaxing yoga . My cough and cold tonsil throat will get cured soon so I'll feel light weight and feel positive. Now iam feeling heavy heavy so I want to cure easily and I should feel lightness in my body after doing yoga exercises . I tried this exercise and it's very good it made my mind nd chest relaxed and little bit my nose is opening and little bit my tonsils have gone but not properly it has gone but if I do daily them my cought cold and tonsil throst will go away . Thanks for such a lovely and beautiful exercise you tought I'll do daily so that I feel positive and my pain goes away . Thanks dear for healing with beautiful exercise 😊❤🧿💓😍😊😇
